Jonathan Geiger

Jonathan’s introduction to construction came working alongside his father in the fire sprinkler trade after high school and as he began college. During college, he began his career in construction management with a general contractor building senior living and multifamily projects, continuing full time after graduation.

He went on to senior leadership in multifamily development and construction, overseeing large-scale, multimillion-dollar multifamily and commercial projects. That experience brings perspective and a disciplined approach to every project he takes on. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction from Seminole State College of Florida.

Construction is Jonathan’s passion. He founded Geiger Building Company to bring together high-quality work, professionalism and a personal approach to service. His work is grounded in honest communication, careful preparation and following through on the details.

At GBC, clients work directly with Jonathan. He likes to plan thoroughly before work begins, walk through the project together and give clients room to ask questions. He remains the point of contact as the work moves forward, keeping the project and the people involved coordinated.
